DISGUSTED WITH KFC

<p>I am disgusted with KFC! I basically have KFC like two to three times a week as it is convenient for me because of work. Anyway, WHY IS IT THAT EVERYTIME YOU ORDER SOMETHING YOU ARE ASKED IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD A R2 FOR HOPE?? seriously!! People are aware of this and IF anyone wants to add a R2 should we as your loyal customers not have THE OPTION to speak for ourselves and say hey, I would like to add a R2??? Have you ever heard of charity shaming?? This is exactly what you do. Its disgusting, and surely you make enough money that you can just take a R2 from each meal without having people pay EXTRA for meals that are already not that cheap. PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS WHOLE CONCEPT TO ME? You probably don't care about one customer but seriously it has gotten to the point now where I literally will stop going to KFC if this continues.</p> <p>Thanks,</p>
