Disgusted service by KFC

I am very disturb and dissappinted after receiving the worst service. I was at KFC The Workshop, in Durban buying 4 dunked wings. Firstly the arrive is horrible. The cashier by name of Zanele left 5 of us unattended she left the till for 25 mins leaving us starring at one another in the queue not knowing where she is off to or what's the story? Nobody entertained us up until I shouted and someone came to serve us. That Zanele chic is very RUDE. Apart from that I waited another 15 mins for dunked wings nobody told us what was happening. No signs of the manager. What a disgusting and horrible experience.
