Disgusted!Kitchen Staff cleaning Toilets(NOT!!)

Last night-08/07/15- I stopped at KFC in Voortrekker Road, opposite Parow Center(Sanlam Center) in Bellviille.This was at about 8Pm, and I was stopped on my way from Bellville South to my home in Goodwood, to buy a meal. Since I had been travelling a while, and am pregnant, I needed to use their toilet facilities, and went there while my husband ordered our meal. He then followed me to the toilets. The ladies toilet was WET, dirty and even the floors were overflowing with urine and water from the cisterns. My husband then suggested that I used the mens toilet, while he stood outside(there is only one for females, and one for males). The men's toilet was even worse, full of faeces! I was so disgusted that a place selling FOOD would have such disgusting toilet facilities. The ladies in the kitchen said that they were responsible for cleaning the toilets themselves, which put me off eating there in the future, since I wonder if they are handling the food hygienically.One of the ladies kindly offered to mop the toilet, but I was so disgusted that I just wanted to go home and use my own clean toilets. I am not sure whether there was any toilets upstairs, but didnt want to stay longer.
