Disgusted

I called kfc Sherwood at 8.45 they do not answer their phone, i kept on trying eventually they picked up the call at 8.50 when i asked to please place an order the lady told me to please hold. The staff were screaming at the back and when the lady comes back onto the phone she tells me they not taking orders they closed. I went to the window and the lady comes there and says 'YA'. Very very rude, no customer service what so ever. Really disappointed with the service and attitude if the staff.

Is this how they treat customers, but they entertain the beggers.
