We have always used the KFC Florentia in Alberton, However, this will no longer be the case.

In a week and a half we have spent R1070.43 at this store. Where we got bad service, paid for items we did not want, paid for items that we did not want but at the end did not receive
Ok so we made the mistake of ordering food again (Stupid of me I know) Ordered the 8pc family meal. (140482) 11/02/2021 Told the lady at the speaker 4 times that we want mash and gravy. When I got to the window told the lady again I want mash and gravy. When I got to the window to collect, the lady that passed the food to me told me that she personally packed the bag and the mash and gravy is inside. Guess what? NO MASH AND GRAVY BUT THE YUKKY COLESLAW The chicken was so overly cooked and drenched in oil, some parts tasted like sand. My daughter spent most of the night in the toilet ….. vomiting Now thinking of your feed makes my stomach turn.
Lastly: Why would you change the Family treat in a way that you force customers to take items they do not want. NOT ALL CUSTOMERS LIKE YOUR DISGUSTING COLESLAW. NOT ALL CUSTOMERS EAT THE ZINGER WINGS - WHY THEN ARE YOU FORCING THIS ON THEM - WHY NOT LEAVE THE SELECTION TO THE CUSTOMERS LIKE BEFORE
I have logged the complaint with your customer care - all my details are on the email, yet Kgomotso Mpelo still asked me to email my number to her. I have tried calling her till today I received no feedback.
With all this pointed out, I now realize that no shop and its staff will give good service if head office give bad service. We are now in uncertain times, I know that my 2000 will not break the bank, but just remember there is a thing called word of mouth...
