Disgusted customer

In December of 2021 I had a real terrible experience with KFC Claremont. My colleague and I ordered some wings and a bucket for one. I was completely and utterly disgusted after discovering that the wings were pink inside. I immediately went back to inform the staff. And to my surprise they weren't even really bothered, not even the manager had the decency to come and apologize. Instead he sent the cashier back with a poor apology saying that they can't give me wings again because they suspect that the whole batch is pink on the inside and gave me the option of taking something else to the value. I asked if they are going to remove the batch because someone could get sick but I got no response. Literally 5minutes later another colleague went to buy the same meal, and guess what...They sold him the very same pink on the inside wings. I complained on my app and till this day have not received word from KFC. I am disgusted by service and lack of concern for the customers and will never purchased there again
