Disgusted by uber eats and kfc meredale

Disgusted by the email they just sent .

Telling they can't assist I could have escalated this in 48 hours .

I bought from kfc meredale .

I used cash on the app and when the driver arrived I paid him cash .

This was on the 4rd of Jan 2025 .

Now only on the 7 i see on my banking app that the amount i paid for is deducted in my account .

I'm distugested by this bcs i said cash and not card .now the driver even took my money and said nothing .
