Disgusted by the **** service and lack of respect

At 10:40 pm we pulled up at kfc belhar spar hoping to use the bathroom urgently and order our meal instead they were closed...we then went into the drive thru and waited more that 10 minutes just to get to order...i wanted a zinger sweet chilli twister meal and a cone...the cashier didnt even smile or even greet...they didnt have zinger strips nor cones or ice cream then she had to give us change and we stood a hole 10min for her to return and she didn't we still havnt received it...with that our order was wrong because she refused to listen to us?...we were 582 as we pulled to collect the first 4 cars are still waiting for there orders and the staff is just not bothered they more worried about shift change..? ive been in retail alot of years and still today i believe no matter what the situation a customer comes first...as we wait eventually something happens but not the way it should at 11:15 pm im still waiting for the car in front of me to get there order as well as 3 others whom were told to wait outside the cue...eventually when we came to the window we stood there for more that a hall hour just waiting for a twister....and everyone the staff are just busy with there own things...while waiting and still needing to use the bathroom ASAP a customer who was there before 10 came back with his burger and was very upset that he had to drive all the way back to get them to fix yet and the lady helping him was so rude to him..he ordered a zinger burger with hashbrown which they didn't also have and there was no sause nor cheese on he then demanded his petrol money back or a extra burger...he was extremely upset because his gf is pregnant and wasnt feeling well but they had to come back to get what they wanted instead of getting it in the first place....eventually at 11:30 i received my food and still they got my order wrong it was a classic twister and not sweet chilli... I will never set foot in kfc belhar spar again **** service and i will inform everyone i know...I know retail but that was unacceptable and ridiculous ?
