DISGUSTED BY KFC GLEN MARAIS

To Whom it may concern,

I had ordered 10 zinger wings and a Cappy 1.5l juice via Mr Delivery.

Upon arrival, the driver handed me 10 zinger wings and a coke 1.5l soda.

I asked why I was not served the Cappy juice I ordered, the driver said he was told at KFC that they don’t have the juice and gave him the Coke. The difference in price for the Coke and Juice I had not received till today.

I then complaint on Mt Delivery, (Still awaiting feedback).

After work I had to drive to KFC Glen Marais, wasting my time and fuel because when I got there I got a called Thabo who labelled himself as the manager, with a ****ty attitude. I made him aware of the error his staff and I advised him I demand the money I spent for my juice and I demand compensation for my fuel wasted, as I had to drive anyway after I tried to avoid spending fuel by ordering for delivery.

Thabo was very rude and clicking his tongue whenever he spoke or responded to me. He proved to be unfit to be a manager (poor managerial skills). He left me while I was explaining why I was there and went about his day like I’m not even there.

A second lady appeared and introduced herself as the assistant manager. I spoke to her and she told me she cannot assist me, I then asked she calls someone I could speak to, she advised her manager Stella would only be in in Thursday 29/10/2020 @ 9am and I could see her then. I confirmed with this lady that they again are letting me driving back there on Thursday and that will cost me again as I will waste more fuel.

She left and shut the door in my face.

I want to know what will be done to them for poor customer service .

I demand my fuel be COMPENSATED and my juice money repaid. I expect a response soonest or I’m taking further steps.
