Disgusted by KFC

Today I placed an online order for my sick grandmother who is diabetic. She had nothing to eat for the evening and she was hoping to have a streetwise 2 for dinner. Mind you, she lives less than 5min away from the KFC commercial Road. We never received an order, received a message an hour later that my order has been cancelled I will receive a refund in 7-14 days. As we speak I am with my granny who almost lost her life because of her sugar level. Now I have medical bills added under my name simply because KFC failed to deliver 3/4 minutes away from their store. Order number was 7378
