Disgusted by KFC

KFC Parklands

On Sunday I I ordered crunch sliders from KFC Parklands only to be served leftovers..I immediately called customer service after seeing the food and I spoke to a lady by the name of Amanda Makela

In the morning I received an sms that says “we are unable to get get a hold of you regarding you kfc case CAS-S64393-L7Z8T9 please note that we will close this case after further attempt in 24 hrs” I am still waiting for that call of further attempt

The same morning I received an email from Elam Nukani asking me to explain the matter and send pictures and then I got an email from Meyer Chad, George Nhakata and Malika Mohammed asking me if I will be open to chat about the matter and I answered yes to all of them and I am still waiting for their calls

My complain doesn’t seem to be important or even shocking to them that their employee served a customer leftovers..So the person actually knew that serving leftovers too customers is not a big deal in their company that’s why the person had the guts to serve such disgusting food

I feel so disrespected and disgusted by kfc and I will not let go until I meet the person who served me this and ask the person why would he/she do that to another person who is their customer
