disgusted by food

Yesterday when to buy a family feast and once again the food served at kfc westridge is so horrible and its not the 1st time I. Go there as its near to me but I will never ever go there and will advise others aswell not to the. Chicken tasted as if someone left it in soap water I was so fed up as I can't serve my family food like that I threw. It in the bin who ever is in charge must investigatee this as the other kfc food do not taste like that why only westridge and I would like proper feedback as to the last complain it was not taken seriously .sick and tired money wasted on ****py food
