Disgusted at KFC Waterstone Village service

Had the most awful service at Waterstone Village Kfc Saturday morning at around 3:30. The guy that helped us is Jayson. When I told him im reporting him, he took his name badge off. He firstly got our order wrong, declined my card 3 times after I kept telling him to put it through on savings and not credit. All the items was then not in the bag when we left so had to turn back. When I told him he got my order wrong, he cleaned his teeth and said 'geewiz'. What kind of service is that?? The people behind us started complaining their food is taking too long and his reply to his colleague was ' ignore them,they all drunk'. This is by far the worst service ever. I don't understand how he can be working for any company with that attitude. I will definitely make this as public as possible.
