Disgusted and disappointed

Good day.

On the 28th of Jan I bought the 50th Birthday 6 pieces with mash, coleslaw and chip and 2 regular twister and krusher at KFC Waterfront in Cape Town.

When we got to the hotel later that day about to eat our supper. My son noticed something like a tag written COB with numbers. I visited the kfc to enquire about the tag we found.. The lady just gave us the same piece of chicken and said they use that tag as a timer.. We couldnt understand that.. And we were very disappointed on how she handled this matter as there was no apology. I told her this wasn't about the piece of chicken but our health and their negligence.. What If my 2yr old son choked because of that tag. Were they going to apologise.

I'm very disappointed with their service.

Please look into this matter asap.
