Disgusted and appalled at service provided by KFC ROCKLANDS MITCHELL PLAIN

At 11:15am today , I went to buy t two lunch box summer meals at KFC ROCKLANDS I spent R100 on my lunch to be given OLD CHIPS, NO ICE IN MY COOL DRINK AND COLD BURGERS !!!!!

I went to speak to the manager said he can't give me a new meals or my money back. I called customer care while in the shop and no one has responded to me up until now. The manager refused to refund me or give me other meals.

This is disgusting as it is firstly a new branch that opened recently and secondly I am there customer it is my money that I work hard for to be getting such disgusting service and not even a refund to go to a other KFC!!!!!

I had to leave the store with no food and no money I lost R100 plus petrol wasted driving all the way to come home hungry and less money !!!!
