<p>went to kentucky in parow last night 25-07-2016 went through drive- throught were we waited 10 min to be served upon arriving to place our order we were told 15 min waiting tome for chicken really why not inform customers before hand. After a long story speaking to the manager who then said 10 min we were told to park in parking area and wait they will bring our order well that was 18h13 by 18h30 we were still waiting I had to go back and spreaking to the manager again were told they are busy picking the chicken i cancelled my order took my money and went to nandos better service better food better everything kentycky parow please close your doors as you have no way of dealing with customers staff ignores you the manager lies!!!!!!!!</p>
