Disgusted

I visited your outlet in 267 Helen Joseph Central place Pretoria. There was a horrible smell inside the restaurant, smell was so bad I nearly vomited. When I engaged with one of your staff she said she can't smell anything from where she was standing and only us the customers could smell it. So I asked for the manager. A lady approached me and confirmed that the smell comes from a sewerage system inside the building...I was shocked, how can a food outlet continue making and serving food in a place like that..my question to her was how can kfc let their staff work in that environment n how can they continue to feed poor south Africans from those horrible conditions. This outlet is situated in the heart of tshwane cbd,had this outlet been situated in the suburbs we would be telling a different story, am deeply disappointed In the brand as a whole..the manager highlighted that the issue has been reported however clearly nothing was done,which makes me more angry. This complaint is not only about us buying from your stinky store which does not clearly care about hygiene and our health....its also about your poor staff who must spend over 6hour shift breathing sewerage. I demand something to be done to fix the problem for your staff and loyal customers sake. I will be visiting the store again on Monday and should I find the problem persisting I will not hesitate to contact and report your establishment to higher and relevant authorities.
