Disgusted

I am so disgusted i can't even eat. I just had the worst experience at KFC Khathu Village Mall tonight. We went in placed our order and i accompanied my 8 year old daughter to the rest room. When we got the the ladies door was slightly opened 2 KFC employees were having ***. I shouted that we wanted to use the toilet and they ignored me. We went back to the front and told them what was happening, the cashier told us there is nothing she can do because its the managers who are in the toilet. I went back and shouted... they responded saying we should use the gentlemen's toilet because the ladies isn't working. They eventually came out because a crowd was building up outside. The lady whose name is Batsetsana came out of there and went straight to packing our orders and giving them out. I doubt i will ever go back there again. I told them that even if the toilet isn't working it doesn't mean they should be doing their "business" during KFC's time. And this means this happens all the time because the rest of the staff were not surprised. I really hope they will be dealt with because this is unacceptable.
