Friday eve i bought a 5 street chicken just to find burnt chicken & breast part was cut in half widthwise leaving the bone part with a half a packet of chips

Well, manager phones & says i can come in anytime yesterday i go, she did not greet OR apologize OR say she is going to do to sort it out - she just walked away

i bought the special thinking that is supper & left over to pack in for lunch at work Im sitting right now with a BREAST or should is call it the BREAST's BONE (cause half the fillet is cut away) & i find a sew string in the skin - obviously under the batter they use The more i pull, the longer it gets. its like 20cm long

i am literally done with KFC's chicken ESPECIALLY BLUE ROUTE MALL, TOKAI Waited 40min for my order, people getting their order before me that was way after me in the Que The special is a HOT MESS, overcooked as well Manager on her way home without sorting out the customer first
