DISGUSTED

Hi Went away for a weekend and decided to stop at KFC Somerset West branch to buyfood to the value of R250. The food was terrible and I immediately wrote to ********** and attached pics of what the food looked like. I then received an email from somebody at HO asking for my contact details. Someone then called and my wife explained her disgust, and the woman has a cheek to say that in future we should keep samples of the food. Then, we received another call from the Somerset West branch saying that they do apologise for the inconvenience and that was it! not even a mention to say that as a make good they will replace our purchase, not that I would go all the way back to Somerset West as I reside in the Southern Suburbs. The manner in which they handled the case is far from good customer service.
