Good day

I bought chicken today at KFC Bellville middestad and i am very dissapointed in the service delivery while i was busy eating i found hair in my chicken this is not the fist time that i am returning food to this shop, this is a health risk and can cause bad publicity for KFC

I have reported the incident but the response was they will replace my chicken which i feel is not acceptable
