Disgusted

I just moved from JHB to Durban and live in Montclare and I have always loved KFC, so wherever I don't feel like cooking I just go there to grab something.I was so disgusted by the driveway through service in Montclare branch ,they did this twice and at first I just let it go but now again??.We waited in the drive-through on the 20/08/2015 and the girl on duty that time had an( L something name on her name tag)it was around 21h00 for nearly 10 munites and when she finally came,She did not greet or even apologise for not attending to us in time.<br> <br> I then ordered a dairy milk crush and she just rudely said that they don't have it and did not even bother to explain why? We had to ask her the reason which she irritably explained.I ordered something else and she said that they did not have meat then we drove off.Yesterday I went to buy a Box it meal and ordered a coslo salad when I reached home it tasted so bad the cabbage was even changing colour.I really don't believe what is happening in that KFC...<br> <br> As for me,even though they are the nearest to me I would rather drive to the Southway Mall KFC where I get superb service which I deserve as a customer.<br>
