Disgusted

This is the second time this kfc has ****** us of 2 pieces.. We ordered 21 pieces bucket and received 19, we kept quiet bcoz we Ddnt want to seem petty. They hav now done it again. We bought yesterday 21 pieces bucket yet AGAIN the KFC in Motherwell packed 19 pieces. This is disgusting, *********, undermining and unacceptable.. And should be addressed. We will not be counting hot pieces of chicken in front of them. We TRUST them to do what's honorable, the manager is never available whn u request to lodge a complaint either.
