Disgusted

I placed and order KFC online, I paid for the order and received the order the number. When I got to KFC Epsom Downs, they had given my order to someone else. They refused to refund me my money or make a new order. I was told to lodge a complaint as I am doing now. You cannot just take people's money. I would like my refund.
