Disgruntled and Unhappy Customer of KFC

I always go to KFC trade route mall in Lenasia to buy the double crunch burger and hot wings. Today the 07/09/2022 i see the price of the double crunch burger went up. This is understandable as all food items go up. But what amazes me is the size of the fillet which KFC uses in the double crunch burger. When i asked the managress Thamdeka on duty she tells me it is a mini fillet. So i asked her why dont they put it on their advertising pictures so we as clients know this. This is false advertising and very misleading as the pictures differ from the actual product. I was not satisfied with Thamdeka's reply so i called Mduduzi the area manager and explained him what happened. He said that he would investigate and call me back which he did after 15 mins. By then i had left the store bring very disappointed and unhappy. Mduduzi apologized but the experience i had was not a pleasant onne at all and the staff at KFC trade route mall are not accommodating at all. We all need to remember and realize that at the end of the day it is "our customers that pays our salary". I would definitely not go back to KFC trade route mall in a hurry as there are plenty of stores where one can eat and also get a pleasant customer experience.
