disgraceful branch

Was in the drive through queue since 7.30 pm, it is 8.15 pm and I'm still there. Ordered and finished paying and when we got to window they said they are doing pest control and are closed. So why did they take my order and not put any signs up in the drive Thru? While I was at window there was a lovely huge ****roach staring at us. How revolting! They refused to give my money back so I'm still waiting outside the store while they cook the chicken . It will be the last time I ever come here ! Filthy store and bad management. The queue is extremely angry and backed up
