Disgraceful

I trust this mail finds you well.

I am writing this email disgraced at the service received at KFC ontdekkers park on the 14th February 2024...

I ordered 2x 10 dunked wings Family treat 10 piece

My bill came to R429.70.

To my surprise when we got home I have never ever seen such white skinned chicken from KFC. The coleslaw that came with the family treat was off both of them. Then last we found a chicken foot in the bucket as well.

What is most appalling about this situation is we called KFC ontdekkers and they said they have escalated this to customer care however when asked for proof they refused to send me any proof that the matter was escalated.

I've been ordering from KFC for so many years and never ever have I had such a terrible experience. Rose if I remember correctly was the manger I spoke to at KFC ontdekkers and she gave the phone to a normal employee to deal with the situation.
