It's funny how for a change you decide to have takeaways.

But obviously it did not turn out to be a good choice...

especially choosing KFC in Boskruin Village!!!!

So firstly, placing the order and informing the gentleman that he needs to please ensure that the 1 burger is NOT A ZINGER BURGER and the other 2 Burgers ARE ZINGER.

And as explained to the gentleman, 1 out of the 3 burgers is for a young lady that has asthma and will have an immediate Anaphylaxis shock and land up in hospital. He fully understood and noted what was requested.

2ndly we were charged for:

1x Tower Burger 2x ZINGER Burger

Which the amounts are different.

Nothing was confirmed when another staff member arrived at our window after waiting over half an hour for the food.

3rdly. It was brought to my attention that all 3x burgers were Zinger Burgers after informing the staff of the condition as well as the seriousness of Anaphylaxis.

Please explain how the staff can be so *********** as well as neglect a customers request.

Take Note: before the food was handed to us, we were polite and friendly.
