Disgrace Service KFC Wynberg Main Road

I am writing this email furious and disappointed. I was in a queue waiting to place our order and a lady named MPOKISENG opened the till and shouted that she only wants customers who will purchase via card. Firstly she no approach whatsoever to the customer as that is not the way to speak. When it was my turn to pay SHE LEFT me at the till and when enquired where she went. She said "IM BUSY". I believe she is the manager but her service are a total disgrace.

Can something be done cause I always buy there and im very DISAPPOINTED!
