I'm so disgusted with kfc AZ Berman my husband went to buy 200r worth of food and came home apon eating he discovered a ****roach in his food...between dunked wings....in his plate ...so disgusted and utterly disappointed in kfc he took the food back ....with his good character he first approached the manager to tell them of the situation .and asked if it's fine to bring in the food ...not to upset other customers....he brought the food in ...in a plate he was eating ....and got attacked by a employer in the store wich then grabbed the evidence of the roach and broke it apart saying it's not a roach ....arguing with him ...and speaking in a loud tone ....not trying even to resolve the problem ....showing how **** they handle customers ....and how they treat and handle situations ....very very unprofessional and poorly trained people skills .....behaving like **** behind the counter ....we as regular customers to get treated like this ...is the baddest image a big business like kfc can display ....not even apologizing....standing and laughing ....saying they can't refund or do anything....what was my family supposed to eat food that was brought back and scratch in by this **** of employees ....
