disastrous customer service by KFC Brentwood Park

Bad attitude from stuff members. I bought food twice in this restaurant and both times i didn't have a good experience. stuff members are *********** with a stinky attitude. first time going there they closed the window where you'd normally pay when you drive through(notice was not written on the window), for about 10 min we waited and nobody came to say anything until we actually stepped out of the vehicle to go see what's going on only to receive attitude from stuff! not apologetic whatsoever! the second time they gave me a wrong order, i didn't even bother to go back to the store because i have already met the type of people that work there. I will just stick to KFC Glen Marais, i thought this new branch would be convenient because it's close by....not worth it at all!
