Disappointment in service received!

Disappointed with service delivery received- Yesterday (2/10/2022) I went to the kfc at the Ballito junction mall at around 20:05 none of the staff members told us that they was closed and No closed sign was displayed! after spending 2- 3 mins waiting to order while they looked at us and was talking stories amongst themselves, when asked if we can order then only they tell us they was closed.This was disappointing as they could have easily notified us instead of talking amongst themselves. Unfortunately that was professional behavior.
