Disappointing service yet again

Purchased Kfc from Blue Hills today, ordered 2 x Dunked Burgers, 1 x crunch burger, 2 x 4 dunked wings, 2 x dunked pops, 2 pieces chicken & 2 x chips, but received ordinary zinger wings and no Crunch burger. When I was given the meal the lady went over what was in the bag and nothing seemed to have been missing so I didn’t check what was in the bag. Tried to call the store but without any success. Eventually got through to The call center but said they couldn’t do anything if I can’t go back there, instead they sent me a REPLACEMENT voucher For food I didn’t receive in the first place. Totally disappointed as i was short of a meal and had to Make alternate arrangements at the last minute and May I add this is not the first time that this has happened
