DISAPPOINTING SERVICE FROM KFC ONLINE

I placed an order online, made the payment which went through. I was later told the payment had failed and my money would be returned to my Account in 24hours. Mind you that was the only money I had, so I had to go without food for the day. I called, the Customer Service person told me there was nothing she could do, my money would be back. Guess what, a day later, still nothing. I would not recommend anyone to purchase KFC online, and I want my money back….
