Disappointing Service

I am so disappointed with KFC Armadale . firstly I am am 8 months pregnanat lady.

I decided to order the Chicken Boxmeal ,when i get to work to my suprise they gave me a Wrapsta Box and when i check my reciept they registered the same thing. so I decided to call customer care , and surprisingly i am told to keep the meal and take it back tomorrow because right now i am at work and i cannot go back there.

how pathetic is that ? what am i supposed to eat right now ? is this how KFC treats their customers worse their pregnant customer .

Should I Just take the fact that this will be escalated to the store and not get any feedback , in other words they are saying it is my problem that i cannot go back to their store and i should hold my hunger till tomorrow so that i can give them their food. I am very disappointed and angry , I always buy KFC everyday and for me it is a problem because I crave for your Fried Chicken .
