Disappointing Service at KFC Brookside, Pietermaritzburg

Yesterday I visited KFC Brookside (Pietermaritzburg) and ordered a 9-piece bucket, requesting no centre breast as my household does not eat it. The cashier refused, insisting it must be included. When I asked to cancel my order, I was told kiosk orders cannot be refunded. After insisting, I was reluctantly offered a wing instead. As a paying customer, I should have the right to customize my order. If modifications aren’t allowed, KFC should clearly communicate this in-store. Disappointed with the poor service and lack of customer consideration.
