Disappointing service

Good evening. My name is Nyiko Manganyi from Giyani township. I had the most ********** and embarrassing experience tonight at KFC Masingita Mall in Giyani. I went into the shop to place my order as the drive through was packed. I placed my order at the Kiosk and was sent a link for the receipt on my WhatsApp, (a process I found to be both tedious and time consuming). I waited for my order and the number was called. I gave my nephew my phone to collect the order as the receipt was on my phone. A lady at the counter, whose name I didn’t get ignored my nephew with the order receipt on my phone and continued shouting the order number. After that, she continued to take my order and give it to someone else saying loudly that since there is no one to collect the order she will give it to the next person who ordered a family feast. Upon hearing her say that I approached the counter and enquired about my order pointing to my nephew who was standing at the counter to collect said order. She started yelling that she called my number and I didn’t come to collect and instead was just standing by the door so she gave the order to someone else as they are busy and can’t wait for people. I calmly showed her my son with my phone by the counter and repeated that I heard my order number being called and sent someone to collect it. She continued to shout and berate me at the counter in front of a shop full of customers. This was terribly embarrassing and infuriating for me. The whole situation was so unnecessary and unfortunate. The treatment I received from a staff at your establishment really disappointed and humiliated me and for no reasonable cause. I need your assistance in investigating this matter and attending to the rude behaviour displayed by your staff. This is not the behaviour I expected from such an esteemed and long standing establishment such as yourself. Thank you.
