Disappointing service

I'm very safe and by the service I continuously get at KCF Colombine Johannesburg South. To day has to be the worst the drive though was complete disaster we stood there for 15 min and when asking what's the hold up we were told there is only one person packing. Then when we got to the window to pay we had to reorder as the order was not taken at the first window. Then when collecting our order the guy packing was making comments amount "customers" about how we are demanding and can't we see his the only one packing. He didn't try to be discreet he was saying what he wanted to say in front of us "customers". Something needs to be done with the service here ASAP.
