Disappointing service

On Saturday the 16th of March, I went to KFC Dobsonpoint to buy Buckets of chicken (21 piece and !5 piece) for a church group as we were having a function. When I got there, I asked that on the pieces of chicken, can they not include chicken wings as they were small and we were serving old people and no one would appreciate the wings. They refused to assist us and called in a manager to who explained to us that they need to put chicken wings in a 15 piece and 21 piece buckets of chickens, if not, and the chicken wings are not sold, the unsold pieces cuts through the staff's pay. She went on and explain that in a 15 piece, 5 pieces of the bucket needs to be chicken wings. I was shocked of that fact, How can that be, and also I know that a customer is always right. I have never experienced this kind of dissatisfaction with any other KFC shop, whenever I make a request, they always willing to help. The KFC manager in the Dobsonpoint refused to assist even though we mentioned our predicament regarding the chicken pieces, we ended up agreeing for her to put chicken wings on the buckets of chickens we bought as it was late, and the church member's were hungry. I am so disappointed by the service, and it didn't end there, as we were waiting for our order, they must have though we had left the vicinity as the staff members were gossiping about us, laughing amongst themselves saying horrible things about us, one of them was that we thing we are special coming in there like we own the place. This is not the first time something like this happened to me at that specific shop and I am tired now.
