Disappointing service!!! 😡

I was craving Dunked wings earlier today, so I went past KFC Bloemfontein (Rocklands) and bought 10. I get home excited and looking forward to enjoying the Dunked wings only to be met by dry "dunked" wings that look like they were sprinkled with only a teas**** of sauce, even my dog wouldn't eat them. I regret buying at this KFC and this is not the first bad experience I've had with them. Customer care is just not their top priority.
