disappointing KFC strand beach road

Extremely bad service . Food was missing from the box meal. we contacted the Kfc and the Gemral manager said we could come back and collect it. Then arriving at the KFC the Friday he was extremely rudely told us they are closed and are renovating . Then again on Tuesday the restaurant manager told us that there isn't a book with these details written up . Then throw the slip at us. Then again today he was extremely rude only once reading out voice did the genral manager come and sort out the situation. The genral manager was very helpful unlike the restaurant manager.
