Disappointing Experience at KFC Vangate Athlone

I recently had a frustrating experience at KFC Vangate Mall Athlone.While placing my order I mistakenly ordered 24 mini loafs instead of . Realising my mistake,I asked for a correction but things went downhill from there.

The staff member Victor,unfortunately, lost my original slip as I had to get a bank statement and leave both my slip and bank statement for them to sort me out.The fact that he lost my slip added unnecessary confusion to the situation. When I was finally reimbursed,the amount was Incorrect,leaving me short changed.I reported the issue to KFC customer service two days ago,but I have yet to receive any feedback or resolution.

As a regular customer, thus experience was disappointing. I expect better service and attention to detail,especially when dealing with such straight forward matters.I hope KFC will address this issue promptly to avoid similar experiences for other customers.
