Disappointing

I recently went to KFC Plattekloof to purchase food for my family.

When I arrived at the front counter I was told that the card machine is not working.

"Someone was working on it, and it has now stopped working." I was told.

Considering this is an international company and I imagine debit/credit cards are widely used I really expected this to be fixed as a priority.

Instead, the staff were lacklustre and seemed that they couldn't be bothered.

Come on KFC. You can do better than this!
