Disappointing Chicken pieces

I bought a 21piece for the 2nd time at Kfc Zevenwacht Village Drive thru and I was very upset with what I got. I work late hours and unfortunately I didn't have a choice to go to this kfc because of my transport. I asked that 10 pieces must be hot and the rest normal. When I opened my box the top was hot pieces....9 hot wings, really kfc? with another 2 normal wings at the bottom. So I paid over R264 for a 21 piece to get 11 wings in the box. you should be ashamed of yourself...when your branch opened I also bought a piece in the 1st week and got around 8 drumsticks. This will be my last time buying there, and I will tell everyone I know not to go there.
