Disappointing

Very disappointing experience.. ordered online .. was charged accordingly.. 2 hrs later still no delivery.. Called help desk & istore many times .. NO HELP .. eventually went in-store .. was told no order was placed .. showed proof of payment from my bank sms & proof of payment received from KFC online transaction... They wanted a bank statement.. sent PDF of statement.. was told it cannot be accepted.. need to bring original in-store .. TOTAL COST - PAYMENT FOR FOOD I NEVER RECIEVED + DATA +AIRTIME +PETROL+BANK CHARGES FOR PRINTING STATEMENTS = ??? OH ND the fact that I had to order & pay again ND wait for another meal to be prepared.. I had even sent an email to KFC AND up until today .. I haven't been contacted regarding this issue ... This order was placed on 22 July 2022.
