Disappointed with Service at KFC Montclair

Dear KFC Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I’ve recently been receiving at your Montclair branch. On multiple occasions, there have been careless mistakes with my orders, and it seems like there is little effort made to double-check that my requests are met.

This has now happened for the third time. I ordered a Streetwise Two meal and specifically requested a thigh and a drumstick. Instead, I received a chicken breast and a wing—completely different from what I had asked for.

As a loyal KFC customer, this is truly disheartening. I genuinely love KFC and always place my orders with excitement, looking forward to enjoying my favorite meal. Unfortunately, the repeated errors have left me very disappointed.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that steps are taken to improve attention to customer orders at the Montclair branch.
