Disappointed with McDonald's

Such a bad experience with McDonald's Ermelo. We ordered a Mac Chicken and Big Mac, we then received a phone call from them saying they don't have lettuce for the burgers, not even completed the phone call, they hung up. The burgers got here only to find that not only is there no lettuce on it but also almost no sauce... I am really disappointed with your service and the quality of the food.
