Disappointed with KFC service

I would to informed anyone reading this on the service iv received from KFC, KFC is a world wide branch and I'm so disguised with the service i receive. This is only the KFC in lenasia south branch. Iv contacted KFC to complain but no one as yet rep**** to my email sent regarding how we was treated us daily customers at KFC unpoun ordering we was served by a extremely rude lady which we than adviced to speak to the manager when we reported the lady the manager was just as rude and blunting splamed the window shut to our faces. I have pictures of her and names but she refused to give us surnames.im ao disappointed with KFC itself that no1 contacted us till today which happened like 2monthw ago. Again we went to KFC (same 1) - this time we ordered some food along with nuggests for my kids and they usually put the sauce into these small buckets/containers when i got home i laughed at myself doesn't mean if it's free we should get a spat full of sauce it's terrible. No other KFC does this besides our branch I think they should closed down seriously. I have pictures of this as well...
