Disappointed with KFC

Disappointment is an underestimationof the service that I received from KFC Rynfield Terrace. I thought since it is a food industry hygiene is one of their priorities but they proved me wrong. My food was packed in a filthy box. The box looked like it was in sewage and it was wiped off because I could see all the coloured lines on the box. It really got me worried. Earlier I had asked them if I can eat in and they told me they only have one tray and they already gave it to another customer. Before all this dramatic experience my initial order was wrong and I only found out when I got home so I had to drive all the way back only to be served in filthy boxes no resources to serve the customers. I will never recommend this place to anyone infact I think it's only fair if this franchise can be closed because it is really failing us from all angles.
