Disappointed with KFC

Am so unhappy, on the 25 of March I went to KFC Jane Furse was passing by as I do not stay in the area. What happened I swiped my card for the first time and the money went of my account and they said is not successful on their side I have to swipe again, I did that and I was double charged 299.99 and they said I will be refunded in 24 to 48 hours if not will have to send them an email, I did and they wanted my Bank statement to prove the debits and I did but now they not doing anything about it.
